By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood, and accepted these following policies:
60-Day Quality, and Delivery Guarantee
We offer a 60-Day 100% money back guarantee for damaged, misprinted, or faulty products or even packages lost in the mail.
The 60-Day window starts on the date of the order. In only very rare circumstances will we ask for the inconvenience of returning defective products, and defective products may be kept or given away after confirming with our team.
Our delivery guarantee covers lost packages once confirmed lost from an investigation from the carrier and a claim has been approved, typically confirming that the last package scan was at the wrong location. We will remake the products or refund orders that meet this condition. Geek Tropical is not responsible for any stolen or delayed packages or lost packages that were the result of an incorrect address on the order.
Button replacement: In case products' buttons were damaged during shipment or during the first wash, we would be happy to mail replacement buttons on request.
Note that this guarantee does not apply to trimmable loose threads or color deviations of 10%, as is typical with handmade-to-order products. To utilize our guarantee, please contact us at store@geektropical.com with your submission with a brief description of the issue and supporting images.
Returns & Exchanges
Although the typical made-to-order policy is no returns and exchanges, we are pleased to offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for our handcrafted-to-order fashion.
The 30-day return and exchange window starts from the date the order was delivered. Postage for the return back to our U.S. address is the customer responsibility, unless the item(s) arrived defective.
Due to the price of international shipping, international orders are eligible for only refunds, and we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
You may return unused, undamaged, and unwashed merchandise back to our address in the USA within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a product exchange or refund. The hang tag must still be attached to the item. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is in a condition such as being previously worn, washed, or damaged, preventing us from reselling it, we cannot issue an exchange or refund. Should the customer wish to receive the item(s) back, they are responsible for covering postage costs.
A 15% stocking fee applies for made-to-order items when returning for a refund. We expect you to understand the material used for sublimated products, shipment timelines, and the sizing charts to make sure you will not need to return your item(s) for a refund.
Ready-to-ship items are clearly marked as such in the product title or on the product page. Ready-to-ship items labeled as clearance or final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Returns and exchanges must be authorized by us prior to sending the item(s) back.

Cancellations
After the order is placed for a made-to-order product, we pay for the materials and labor for the order to be produced so cancellations are generally not accepted. If there are issues with the order you have just placed within 8 hours, please reach out as soon as possible to help us better accommodate your request.
For items marked as ready-to-ship, cancellations are still accepted as we have not shipped the item(s) by the time we reach your request.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
At checkout, you may add withdrawal coverage to your order. If you purchased withdrawal coverage, your return shipping is fully covered at no additional cost when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note that customers who do not purchase withdrawal coverage are responsible under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
