As Geek Tropical products are handmade-to-order and since we are committed to being an on-demand company for the sake of the environment, our processing time to produce and ship your order is 2–5 business days, except if the product is marked Ready-to-Ship (for USA destinations only).

SHIPMENT LIABILITIES & CUSTOMS
After dispatching an order from our facility, the subsequent handling and delivery are undertaken by the shipping service. Geek Tropical does not hold responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed. Please check the 60-Day Guarantee section for resolutions on lost shipments.
Items sent from international locations are dispatched under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning product prices include all VAT or import duties.
For possibly lost or misplaced parcels, we suggest contacting your local postal service for inquiries. We cannot offer reimbursements or re-ship orders as the final delivery duty lies with your local postal service, unless it meets the criteria of our delivery guarantee.
60-DAY PRINT, QUALITY, AND DELIVERY GUARANTEE
We offer a 60-Day 100% money-back guarantee for damaged, misprinted, or faulty products—or even packages lost in the mail.
The 60-Day window starts on the date of the order. In very rare circumstances, we may request the return of defective products, though most can be kept or given away once confirmed with our team.
Our delivery guarantee covers lost packages once confirmed lost after an investigation by the carrier and claim approval, typically showing the last package scan was at the wrong location. We will remake or refund orders that meet this condition. Geek Tropical is not responsible for any stolen or delayed packages or those lost due to an incorrect shipping address.
Button replacement: In case buttons are damaged during shipment or the first wash, we’re happy to mail replacements on request.

RETURNED TO SENDER
At times, dispatched orders might be returned by carriers. The return address on our shipping labels is usually a placeholder or forwarding address. Consequently, if an order marked as “returned to sender” isn’t corrected with the carrier, we often cannot retrieve it since it doesn’t return directly to us.
If your correct address was provided but the package still got returned, please get in touch to see if it qualifies under our delivery guarantee.
For in-stock or clearance items returned to us, we’ll contact you via your order email to confirm the address. After verification or updating, we’ll resend your order with a new tracking number.
Re-shipping costs, whether local or international, are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order.
If we don’t hear back within 15 days regarding a returned order, items will be donated to a local charity.
