Artist Biography

I am originally from Moldova, but have spent most of my life in Seattle and am currently based in Las Vegas. I have been working as a concept artist in the video game development industry since 2009, specializing in painting immersive environments that resemble various parts of the world. Throughout the years I have been given the opportunity to contribute to dozens of projects, expanding my abilities to more subjects and genres ranging from sci-fi vehicles to lairs of the undead.

My goal as an artist is to capture and communicate subtle, emotional qualities of locations and themes. In this way, the viewer is encouraged to make their own interpretations as they look at an illustration and feel a sense of youthful exploration, adventure, and curiosity for our world's nature and wildlife.
